HOW VOICE, PRIVACY & MODERATION WORK
- Voice. Your microphone records only after you press START VOICE. Each recording is transcribed on your own device with open-source Whisper — no speech service receives your audio. The first time, your browser downloads the speech model (about 80 MB) and keeps it for next time. Microphone permission is required.
- Recordings. If you record your voice, the recording is uploaded with your text and kept with it so it can be played back.
- Publishing. Posts and public diary pages go live as soon as you send them. The administrator can unpublish or delete anything that breaks the rules.
- Private diary pages are never published. Only you (in MY DIARY) and the administrator can read them.
- Anonymous or custom nickname hides your nickname from readers, but your account stays linked to what you wrote for moderation.
- See the Terms of Use and Privacy — Voice recordings.
