TERMS OF USE

1. AGE

Visitors without an account must enter their date of birth before entering the chat or the games; anyone under 18 is not let in.

Dragos.xyz is for adults aged 18 and over only. Content on the site is largely created by users and may include adult themes, opinions or strong language. You must be at least 18 to create an account, use the chat or submit content. If you are under 18, please do not use the site. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete its data.

2. ACCOUNTS

• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your nickname must not impersonate another person or be offensive.
• Even when you publish as “Anonymous” or under a custom name, your account remains linked to the submission in our moderation records.
• The administrator may make an account for you (for example for someone who counts stock). Such an account may have no email address, and it may be temporary: after its last day you cannot sign in any more, and what you added stays until the administrator makes the account permanent or deletes it. You still have to be 18 or over and follow these Terms. Change the password you were given after you first sign in.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time through the Privacy / GDPR request channel.

3. YOUR CONTENT & RIGHTS

“User content” means anything you submit: Self-Disclosure texts, Diary Book pages, memory pictures, voice recordings and their transcriptions, chat messages, news articles, games portal posts and replies, games you add to the archive, images, titles and display names.

• You keep ownership. You retain the copyright and any other rights you hold in your user content.
• Licence to Dragos.xyz. By submitting user content, you grant the site operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable (to a successor operating the site) licence to host, store, copy, transcribe, moderate, format, display, publish, play back and distribute it on Dragos.xyz and its official channels, including pages that show advertising.
• Private transmissions are used only for storage and moderation and are not published.
• Games you add to the archive. Your texts stay yours. The art (emblem) and colour shown for a game are part of the site's design: the operator may change them at any time, for example to replace them with new art made by the site.
• Duration. The licence lasts while the content remains on the site. When content is deleted, the licence ends after a reasonable period for removal from backups. Content that other users have already viewed, quoted or copied may remain outside our control.
• Search engines and link previews. Published content is public: search engines may list it and apps may show a preview of it when it is shared. Copies they keep (for example in search results or preview caches) are outside our control and may remain for a while after you delete or change your content — see Privacy.
• Quotes and replies. When you publish a page publicly, other members may answer it on Dragos.xyz by quoting short passages of it. A quote always shows the words exactly as you wrote them, your name as shown on the page (pen name or Anonymous stays as it is) and a link to your page. Your page does not list who quoted it: you are told in NOTIFICATIONS in your User Portal. Private pages cannot be quoted. The member who quotes you is responsible for their answer. If a quote is unfair, out of context or used to harass you, report it (see § 9) or ask through Contact to have it removed.
• Your guarantees. You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything in your content, including music, text and images. You also confirm that anyone whose voice, name or personal information appears in it has agreed to this.
• No payment or compensation is owed for user content, including when advertising appears next to it.

4. VOICE RECORDINGS & TRANSCRIPTS

• Recording starts only when you press START VOICE and grant microphone permission. You decide what is recorded.
• Only upload memory pictures you took yourself or have the right to share. Do not upload pictures of other people without their consent, pictures of children other than your own, or intimate images.
• Do not record other people without their consent, and do not record private conversations, children, or anything you are not allowed to share.
• Transcripts are generated automatically in your browser and may contain errors. You must review and correct the text before submitting. You are responsible for the final submitted text as well as the recording.
• If you submit a transmission, its recordings are stored with it and may be played back by moderators and, if published, by visitors.

5. RULES OF CONDUCT

Any language is welcome — the same rules apply in every language. The Community Rules explain these rules in plain words and form part of these Terms.

You must not submit or share content that:

• is illegal, or promotes or incites violence, terrorism, self-harm or crime;
• is hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory, or targets a person or group;
• sexualises minors in any way, or is sexually explicit;
• reveals another person's private information (doxxing) or records someone without consent;
• infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights;
• is spam, malware, phishing, fraud or unauthorised advertising;
• impersonates any person or organisation.

You must not attempt to break, overload, scrape or bypass the site's security, rate limits or moderation.

6. MODERATION

Self-Disclosures, public diary pages, news stories and reviews submitted by members are published automatically, without review beforehand. We may refuse, edit for formatting, unpublish or delete any content — including a whole Diary Book with all its pages, pictures and recordings — and we may mute, ban or close accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice where the law allows. We have no obligation to monitor all content, and we do not guarantee that every item will be reviewed. Anyone can report content that breaks these Terms or the Community Rules with the REPORT buttons (see § 9). We aim to review reports within 24 hours; reports about illegal content or a child at risk are handled first. If we remove your content or mute, ban or close your account, you can appeal within 14 days of the decision through Contact → Appeal a decision; we will look at it again and tell you the outcome.

7. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

• The author is responsible for their content. Each user is solely responsible for what they write, say or record, and for the language they use. Dragos.xyz does not create, endorse or guarantee user content. Opinions expressed belong to their authors.
• We are not responsible for what users record or say. This includes background sounds, statements, strong or offensive language, and inaccurate automatic transcriptions. When we are notified of unlawful content, we act promptly to remove it or disable access to it.
• The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.
• To the extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by user content, third-party sites, advertisers or services outside our control.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Stock Control is a helper tool. Its numbers, ORDER and COUNT suggestions, expiry warnings and reminders are only as good as what members type, scan, import and approve. You remain responsible for checking quantities, expiry dates and orders before you rely on them; to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for stock losses, expired or wasted goods, or ordering mistakes based on it. The editor who presses APPROVE & CLOSE is responsible for checking a count before it goes into the stock.
• Barcodes made by the site. Codes made with 🎲 RANDOM are internal in-store codes (EAN-13 starting with 2, the range shops use for their own labels). They are unique on Dragos.xyz, but they are not registered GS1 product codes and are meant only for your own shelves and stock — do not print them on goods sold or sent outside your own premises. Codes you type or scan are your responsibility.
• You agree to indemnify the site operator against claims arising from content you submit in breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

8. COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS

• © 2001–2026 Dragos.xyz. The site's design, logo, graphics, texts written by the operator, and source code are protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without written permission, except for normal browsing and sharing links.
• User content belongs to its authors (see section 3). To reuse someone else's content, ask the author.
• Game names, logos and screenshots mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
• The game emblems shown in the games archive are original Dragos.xyz artwork, drawn by hand or by the site's own art generator. They are not the official logos or artwork of the games and are not endorsed by their owners.
• Open-source components, such as the Whisper speech model and Transformers.js, are used under their own licences (MIT and Apache-2.0).

9. REPORTING CONTENT & COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

To report illegal content or abuse, use a REPORT button: the shield next to SHARE on every page (for the page, or a picture, video, recording, comment or the author on it), Report in the chat menu (✎) of a message, its file or a member's profile, or REPORT in the footer for anything else. You can also use the Report content channel on the Contact page. We aim to review reports within 24 hours; the person you report is never told who reported them.

For copyright, use the Copyright claim channel. Include:

• the link to the content;
• a description of the problem and why it is unlawful or infringing;
• for copyright, identification of the protected work and confirmation that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them;
• your contact details and a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.

We may remove content while we investigate. If your content is removed or your account is restricted, you may ask for an explanation and appeal within 14 days of the decision through Contact → Appeal a decision.

10. ADVERTISING & EXTERNAL LINKS

The site may display advertising, including from third-party networks, according to your cookie choices (see Privacy — Advertising). Advertisers are responsible for their ads and offers. Dragos.xyz does not endorse advertised products and is not a party to transactions between you and advertisers. External links lead to sites we do not control.

11. AVAILABILITY, CHANGES & TERMINATION

We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature. While we carry out maintenance, the site may be closed for a while: visitors and members then see a maintenance page instead of the site, and accounts, content and messages are kept as they are. We may update these Terms, and if the changes are significant we will announce them on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using the site at any time.

12. GOVERNING LAW

Dragos.xyz is operated by Dragos S from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not affect the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law allows.
